Rescue Me ID: 14-09-01-00187Mikey (male)
Mikey is a 4 or 5 year old puppy mill survivor. We told he was blind from birth, but he doesn't seem to mind one bit! He gets along great with other dogs, cats and humans and generally just loves to cuddle. He is the epitome of a lap dog! He is currently in foster care where he is learning how to walk on leash, go potty outside and be a real dog! If you think you are the right human for this sweetheart, let's set up a meet and greet so you can see what a treasure Mikey really is! Update!!! Mikey is not completely blind. We took him to a specialist and found out that he can see light and some shadows. This means that he will be able to get around a little easier than we thought. Yeah! I love good news! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-08-27-00312Bella (female)
Bella is 6 years old and very lovable, loves to snuggle and play with toys. Needs attention and people around, doesn't like to be alone because she has separation anxiety. Likes to sleep in your bed with you at night or sleep in her own bed. Thrives on routine! She likes small children, but can become temperamental with teasing. She likes adult women and has mixed feelings about adult men. Gets along with some dogs after a controlled introduction. Typical with their breed, very protective of her owners. She has a sensitive tummy and can not eat all types of dog food. She eats sensitive balance blue buffalo dry food mixed with wet food. She does not shed but does require regular hair cuts (every 6 to 8 weeks) and brushing. No adoption fee, just looking for a home that can give her the love and attention she deserves. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-08-11-00744Casper (male)
Meet little Casper! This little Poodle/Terrier mix is about 2 years old and weighs 12 lbs. He is a bit shy but extremely sweet. He gets long with all of his new friends here and is doing a great job with his crate training. He is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Adoption fee for him is $300 and includes transportation. We will be at the Petsmart in Madison, WI on Sept. 6th and he would love to have a family there waiting to take him to his forever home! He is available for pre-adoption at this time, and you can fill out an online application at www.tracysdogs.com.

Lhasa Apso Dogs can make good pets in Wisconsin if they match your IifestyIe. The Lhasa Apso is a darling long haired lap dog. Lhasa Apsos have a loud bark and make good watchdogs. Lhasa Apsos are friendly, but do not like to be teased by children. Lhasa Apsos are best suited to homes where they are the only pet, and need a firm master. Lhasa Apsos need to be with their people, and are good dogs with which to travel. This breed can live in an apartment if it gets enough activity and is walked every day.
